So I am interested in getting a premium Megaupload account. I would like to know if I could get banned if I were to share the account with a friend or two.
I have skimmed through the ToS and found nowhere where the account is to be used ONLY by the user.
So yeah could I get banned? Main reason is because my friend lives in Florida and I live in British Columbia so yeah the IP addresses would be constantly changing and (maybe) might raise suspicion?

It’s OK to share as long as it’s among one or two of your friends. I’ve been sharing my accounts with my friends for years and nothing’s happened. Plus saved me a few buck. 
Just don’t post your account details for the whole world to use. THEN they’ll ban you. Have fun!
